Family room with great lay-out, walk-in shower, floor heating, and separate toilet. Comfy beds, but bed linen not changed during the week. Fine breakfast with seasonal fruit, cheese, meat, and bread. Friendly staff, good dining facility. Offers value for money.

The staff on the reception desk were really friendly & helpful, full of useful advice. Rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were really comfortable. The food was delicious and plentiful, the wait staff were all very friendly and interested in their guests. The hotel was perfectly located for our ski holiday, the Ski Bus stopped outside our hotel door. The train station was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going skiing in Mayrhofen or hill walking etc.

Guests at the Kramerwirt are greeted by the warm and welcoming Tyrolean hospitality of the Kröll family. The authentic atmosphere and traditional charm make you feel right at home. We loved exploring the family's own hunting grounds, where we spotted an abundance of deer, marmots, and other game. It was a unique experience that added a special touch to our stay.

My children wanted to have more activities specifically tailored for families.

During our stay, we were amazed by the excellent location of the hotel, situated right down to the valley where we could enjoy fantastic views of the surroundings. We were also impressed by the assortment of gluten-free cakes available at the restaurant, which was a real treat. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped, and the staff provided us with extraordinary service. Breakfast was delicious with many choices available, and the spa was incredible with several sauna options and a gorgeous pool.

It was challenging to find parking when we arrived, as most of it was street parking, and the odd restaurant service hours made it hard to plan when to eat.

A lovely traditional Tyrolean hotel, centrally located in Mayrhofen. Very good and friendly service. Food in the restaurant was delicious . We ended up booking an additional week at the hotel. We didn't opt for half board as we thought we would want to try other places, but ended up eating at the hotel most nights as the food was so good there.

Frendly atmosphere SPA

The door between bedroom and toilet area is "rather relative". it causes discomfort if you stay not alone. SPA provides common area for men and women, swim suites are forbidden. Bad sound protection between adjucent rooms. Very same foods for breakfast during all stay.

Perfect vacation. Great location near ski lift and amenities. Loved the cozy rooms and amazing food served during meals. enjoyed the spa.

Service in the bar area could be improved, and the pool could have had longer hours on bad weather days.

The location was perfect, situated at the lower end of the town away from the Apre Ski bars, but just off the Main Street. We especially loved the convenience of the B Bus stop right next to the hotel, which took us directly to the Penkenbahn gondola for some amazing skiing. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable sitting area, terrace, and all the necessary facilities for a cozy and relaxing stay. The spa and wellness center was a great bonus, offering a variety of treatments and a sun terrace with comfortable loungers to unwind after a long day of activities.

I had a fantastic skiing holiday at a Tyrolean hotel in a convenient location. The hotel had a cozy and clean room with a renovated bathroom. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, with a great variety of options. The hotel also had a pleasant spa and a spacious ski room. The staff was responsive and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the recommendation for a car rental agency for a day trip to Innsbruck. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful skiing experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled away from the noise of late-night activities but still close to everything. The views were absolutely amazing, especially from the spa area on the top floor. I could relax in the comfortable sitting area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff were lovely and always willing to help. They were exceptionally knowledgeable about the local area and provided great tips to enhance my trip. The rooms were recently renovated and well-decorated, with beautiful woodwork and a cozy sitting area. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I felt well taken care of by the dedicated staff. this place provided me with a perfect getaway experience.
